Our chiffons are baked in a traditional tube tin, cooled upside down for the fluffiest cake possible. They are kept whole (not sliced into layers) with the centre filled and coated in a light whipped cream or ganache.
Best eaten on the day, but can be kept refrigerated overnight. Serve cold, or take your chiffon out of the fridge 15-30 minutes ahead to enjoy closer to room temperature. Don’t leave them out too long - whipped creams and ganaches will melt in the heat!
