Cake is our love language; we believe it's a very personal expression of love to share a dessert, and nothing gives us more joy than seeing our cakes become part of your celebration.

Wincentia has worked as a professional pastry chef in some of Sydney's leading kitchens such as Quay, Flour and Stone and Fred's, but her passion lies in creating bespoke designs and cakes to celebrate love through Floraison Cakery.

What’s most important to us is for every cake to be delicious. Floraison cakes are renowned for their balance in flavour and texture, featuring a signature menu of thoughtful flavour pairings.

Wincentia made the most perfect wedding cake for our wedding! We got a small vanilla chiffon cake with vanilla white chocolate whipped ganache, the cake itself was equally gorgeous and delicious. It was light, moist, perfectly flavoured and just the right amount of sweet between the cake itself and the frosting. And it was BEAUTIFUL!

In addition to being an absolute artist, Wincentia is the sweetest and most professional baker ever! She is communicative, creative, so incredibly skilled, and will go the extra mile to make sure your cake is perfect. I’ve followed her work on instagram for years and feel so lucky we got to have her make our cake.

Overall, our cake was perfect and experience working with Wincentia was perfect. Could not recommend Floraison Cakery more!

Wincentia was an absolute dream to work with. From the beginning she was accommodating, quick to respond and so so talented - Her customer service matches the quality of her amazing cakes.
She even included a clay figurine of our fur-baby and made a small hole in the cake so it looked like he had a cheeky bite! Our dog couldn’t be there on the day so it was really special that Wincentia included him in this way so he could be apart of our wedding! We’ll treasure that forever.
Oftentimes, you don’t get a beautiful cake that is also delicious but Wincentia is super talented as a baker and as a decorator, so you can have the best of both worlds. The Floraison wedding cake was easily my favourite part of the day and couldn’t recommend Wincentia and her delicious cakes more! Our family will definitely be using Floraison Cakery for every future bespoke cake need we may have!
